All News

Central Community Foundation provided the Stillwater Rotary Club with a grant to provide holiday meals to students in Ripley, Glencoe and Yale.

The sack meals will be distributed to kindergarten through fifth-grade students and are projected to provide 2,400 meals.

“The program has been a wonderful success and has met a true need for hungry children in our area,” said Sabrina Deveny, Stillwater Rotary Club member.

Stillwater Rotary Club has provided to Yale and Ripley school districts in the past and will add the Glencoe school district this year.

The Central Community Foundation provides grants through the Operation Round Up program at Central Rural Electric Cooperative. Members of CREC can round up their monthly electric bills to the nearest dollar to help organizations and residents in need throughout Central’s seven-county service area.
